   Hi Soozie - Have you not received it yet? Do you know how long post takes from here to Oz?? I'm getting concerned. If it doesn't turn up by the end of next week, i'll send another copy.

   Soozie - I've sent the book today and the Post Office said it should be with you "by the end of the week". Please let me know when it arrives? Enjoy!

   I know it's just a post box address but it might be an idea to remove your address if you can? I will let you know when l have posted it, l'm not sure how first post works to Oz but no worries, l'll do my best. Nice photo of kd on the front by Jeri Heiden.
